Food Safety in Catering, CIEH Level 2

The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Level 2 Award in Food Hygiene and Catering has been designed to provide fundamental food hygiene knowledge for all food handlers. If you work with food this is the course for you.


Food hygiene and safety training providers have identified a growing need to make food safety learning more relevant to specific businesses to increase effectiveness. This day has been tailored to suit local business needs, in partnership with London Borough of Havering.


An interactive day of learning followed by a multiple-choice test consisting of 30 questions

  • Carry out assigned tasks in both a safe and efficient manner.
